1000 (F)/HF 1000 (F) series inks are developed in response to the national standard of the People's Republic of China "GB38507-2020" Limits for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) Content in Inks ". They are two liquid reactive epoxy resin (EPOXY) inks. Printing inks have a strong film surface and high physical and chemical resistance. They have a wide range of applications and can be processed with materials including aluminum, metal coated panels, stainless steel, phenol, and melamine Processed PE, PP, glass, ceramics, etc. The HF1000 (F) series has made changes to the pigments of the 1000 (F) series ink, with chlorine (CL) 900ppm, bromine (BR) 900ppm, and a total halogen content below 1500ppm. It is an ink developed for environmental protection.
Ink type: A two liquid reactive ink made by blending epoxy resin as the main agent with a unique resin.
Iron, aluminum, stainless steel and other metals, as well as industrial parts, signs, and standard plates with metal paint, are widely used. In addition, it can also be applied to the printing of containers, boxes, and other materials such as glass, thermosetting plastics, and processed Olefine resins, as well as printing materials that require acid resistance, alkali resistance, solvent resistance, and abrasion resistance.
Forming a smooth, wear-resistant, and high gloss ink surface.
It can be dried naturally or baked, and it takes 2 hours to dry by touch at room temperature (20 ℃) and 20-30 hours to harden. Baking and drying at 80 ℃ takes 40 minutes, while curing at 120 ℃ takes 20 minutes. But if it is white ink, it will turn slightly yellow when baked and dried above 100 ℃, so please be careful.

Compared with other inks, it has outstanding adhesive properties and excellent adhesion to aluminum coated glass, heat hardening plastics, and processed olefins (Olefine). However, depending on the printing material, there are some differences in the performance of the printing film. Please use according to the suitability of the purpose.

Screen printing: Please use nylon or polyester 200-300 mesh screen printing. A photographic plate is the most suitable.
1000 (F)/HF 1000 (F) ink is a combination of a color main agent and a hardener. When using, mix the required amount in the ratio of main agent 7 to hardener 3 (by weight), stir evenly, and after about 10 minutes of maturation time, use the specified solvent T-1000 to adjust the viscosity suitable for printing at a dilution rate of 10-20%. The difference in the weight mixing ratio between the main agent and the hardener can cause the following differences in the printing film, so please measure it correctly. (The ratio of neutral ink to hardener is 6:4).

Ink mixed with hardeners will gradually increase in viscosity over time. As the viscosity of the ink increases, it not only causes bubbles, but also reduces adhesion and printability. The service life of ink after mixing hardeners is generally about 12 hours at room temperature (20 ℃); In environments with high humidity and temperature, the service life will be shortened. Therefore, it is best to adjust the ink according to the dosage of half a day or one day when using. Do not use ink that has become sticky.
Washing the plate with T-41 is more economical (in compliance with the national GB 38508-2020 cleaning agent volatile organic compound content limit).
In summer, when the high temperature causes the ink on the screen to dry quickly, T-965 retarder can be used as an adjustment. During winter or rainy season, moisture can cause atomization on the printing surface. At this time, ink should be allowed to harden and stabilize, and baking should be done immediately after printing. If the ink viscosity is not adjusted properly or the printing environment (temperature, humidity) affects the production of bubbles or pinholes during printing, additives such as Care8F can be used for adjustment, but do not overuse additives. For detailed information, please refer to the "Additives" list. Please note that when used for printing outdoor displays, due to the characteristics of epoxy resin, pigments may separate from the coating.
