The 1350 series/HF 1350 series is a series of products developed to meet the requirements of the Chinese national standard GB38507-2020 Limits for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) Content in Inks. It is used for processing metal and metal coated surface prints, and the inks film surface has strong adhesion and drug resistance; It is a two liquid epoxy two-component baking and drying inks; High performance inks film printing can be achieved by processing on metal prints that are available for baking.
The HF 1350 series is a halogen-free inks developed for environmental protection by modifying the pigment of the 1350 series inks. It has excellent film performance on baking materials.
Inks type: Two component reactive inks using melamine as a hardener; But due to the catalyst contained in the inks, the mixed hardener can harden at a relatively medium temperature.
Aluminum, galvanized iron sheet, stainless steel, iron and other painted plates are most suitable for printing aluminum sheets, electrical product labels, etc.
The inks film surface is smooth and glossy.
