Product name:1350/HF 1350 SeriesClicks:1317

The 1350 series/HF 1350 series is a series of products developed to meet the requirements of the Chinese national standard GB38507-2020 Limits for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) Content in Inks. It is used for processing metal and metal coated surface prints, and the inks film surface has strong adhesion and drug resistance; It is a two liquid epoxy two-component baking and drying inks; High performance inks film printing can be achieved by processing on metal prints that are available for baking.

The HF 1350 series is a halogen-free inks developed for environmental protection by modifying the pigment of the 1350 series inks. It has excellent film performance on baking materials.

Specifications

Inks type: Two component reactive inks using melamine as a hardener; But due to the catalyst contained in the inks, the mixed hardener can harden at a relatively medium temperature.

Use to

Aluminum, galvanized iron sheet, stainless steel, iron and other painted plates are most suitable for printing aluminum sheets, electrical product labels, etc.

Appearance

The inks film surface is smooth and glossy.

Hardener

1350 hardener

Inks: proportion of hardener added

Standard color=70:30;

Thick color=75:25;

Diluting solvent

Standard solvent T-1000

Ultra late dry solvent T-965 (dosage: 10-20%)

Dry

Baking at 150 ℃ for 30 minutes

Adhesion

Has good adhesion to metals and their painted surfaces. Please refer to the inks film test results for the printing film performance.

Other precautions

  • 1.1350 series/HF 1350 series is based on baking and drying, which can exert excellent printing film performance. However, for outdoor exposed products (signs, beacons, etc.), they are particularly affected by moisture during use and become epoxy resin (EPOXY RESIN) with a unique phenomenon of color separation from the coating (whitening). Please note.
  • 2.To reduce the impact of external air, please store in a cool and shaded place.
  • 3.1350 series/HF 1350 series uses hardeners as catalytic dryers. But sometimes the built-in catalyst is affected by external gas or stored for too long, which can weaken its catalytic performance. At this point, adding no more than 1% catalyst H can restore the ink's original performance. Ink that has been stored for a long time should be tested to determine its performance before use.
  • 4.When making multi-color overlay printing, if the bottom color inks is completely baked and hardened (high-temperature curing), the overlay adhesion will decrease. Therefore, when making multi-color overlay printing, please lower the drying temperature of the bottom color inks hardening.
  • 5.When inks is applied to glass products, compared with printed materials made of metal and its painted surface, it slightly reduces water and moisture resistance. Therefore, please note that (CARE 73N: 3-5% can be added to improve water resistance).
