Note: The tension value of the above silk screen is calculated based on the fracture tension in a mechanical stretching equipment with a size of 1000mmX1000mm and measured by an NBC tension meter. NBC shall not be liable for any accidental damage or improper stretching operation of the screen.

Each roll of NBC polyester fiber mesh is accompanied by an inspection label. Through strict quality control, defects are maintained at the lowest level, and any defects found during a comprehensive inspection are clearly marked to avoid affecting your image area during screening. We precisely control the thickness and mesh size of the mesh, and record them on the label - this is the key information for setting production standards. You can continue printing while saving time on troubleshooting. (If you have any doubts, NBC will compensate for the defects, and for each defect, half a meter of mesh will be added free of charge at the end of the roll.)
