This product is a halogen-free inks designed with environmental protection as a priority: chlorine below 700ppm, bromine below 700ppm, and total amount below 1100ppm.   • ・Additives should be mixed and stirred according to the recommended ratio. If viscosity needs to be adjusted, please use a diluent for adjustment. The viscosity of the mixed inks will gradually increase after 3 hours at room temperature. (Suggested dilution)
  • ・If bubbles are generated during printing, please add CARE 111. When the printability of the material is poor and oil scattering occurs, resulting in pinholes, the diluent solvent should be changed to T-979, and then the extinction agent should be added to effectively suppress the occurrence of pinholes.
  • ・When using high mesh screen printing and producing fine substances on the printing surface, please reduce dilution or use low mesh screen printing.
  • ・The performance of the HF GV3 series may decrease due to the influence of external environment. At this time, CARE 183 up to 1% can be added for adjustment.
  • ・Inks that has been stored for too long must be confirmed for performance before use.
  • ・The service life is 7 hours. Do not use if it exceeds 7 hours.
  • ・If you want to improve water resistance or experience uneven color, please replace CARE183 with CARE182 for use.
