The TP300 series ink can be used in a single liquid. If you want good adhesion and chemical solvent resistance, you can add TP219 hardener for use. It does not contain heavy metal components and has passed the solubility content test of the eight major heavy metals according to the EU Toy General Standard EN71, Part 3.
TP300 series ink is a fast drying, glossy, and strong shading ink
Various engineering plastics, such as terminal printing, some plastic steel, wooden products, painted surfaces, metals, pre treated PE, PP, PC, TEDO Long, PS, POM, hard PVC, PMMA, PU, and optical discs.
*Due to the different properties and composition of the raw materials used in printing, it is recommended to conduct a tightness test before printing.

The drying time of TP300 series ink is about 2-3 minutes at room temperature (20-25 ℃, 68-77F) by finger drying. If baked, it only takes about 30-60 seconds for the surface to dry, and complete hardening takes 24 hours. It takes about 4-5 days for complete solidification to form mechanical and chemical resistance.
The mixing ratio of TP300 series ink and TP219 hardener is ink 10: hardener 1 (weight ratio). Add hardener and stir thoroughly. Wait for 10 minutes before printing.
All two liquid inks can be used for 8-12 hours after being mixed with hardeners. After use, the screen, steel plate, and related equipment should be immediately cleaned with solvent.
Please use VD40 diluent to clean with general spray.
