The TP218 series is a two liquid ink used in conjunction with TP219 hardener. Adding hardeners not only has good resistance to physical friction and mechanical properties, but also can resist various organic solvents, chemicals, diluted alkalis and acids, oils and fats. It does not contain heavy metal pigment precipitation and has passed the EU toy standard EN71, Part 3, and eight major heavy metal solubility content tests.
TP218 series ink is fast drying, with a smooth and glossy surface, strong covering ability, and opacity
Thermosetting plastics, glass, baked paint and mixed coating surfaces, leather and synthetic leather, metal, nylon, cellulose acetate, pre treated polyoxymethylene, treated PE and PP, terpene and polyester, as well as polyethylene and polypropylene.

At room temperature (20-25 ℃; 68-77 ° F), the finger drying time is approximately 10-15 minutes. After baking, it only takes about 1 minute for the surface to dry. It takes about 5-6 days for complete solidification to form mechanical and chemical resistance.
The mixing ratio of TP218 series ink and TP219 hardener is: ink: hardener (weight ratio)=4:1. To produce high shading ink, the mixing ratio is: Ink: Hardener (weight ratio)=5:1
After mixing the hardener 218, it can be used for a period of 8 hours. After use, the screen, steel plate, and related equipment should be immediately cleaned with solvent. Cleaning: Please use VD40 diluent to clean with general spray.
