Specially developed for smooth surfaces of glass, ceramics, various electroplated surfaces, mirrors, etc., it can be used in a single liquid or with the addition of hardener TP219/GL. It is currently the best organic ink for glass in the world.

 

Scope of application

Glass, ceramics, hard chrome plated surfaces, gold plated, rhodium plated surfaces, high-strength plastics, and so on.

 

Special advantages

A semi glossy surface with good opacity, high chemical resistance, resistance to organic solvents and chemical diluents, acid resistance, alkali resistance, water resistance, and oil resistance. To achieve strong chemical properties, please add hardener TP219/GL and mix, and bake at 140 ℃ for 20 minutes. If only used in a single liquid, the adhesion and chemical resistance are limited. It does not contain heavy metal components and has passed the solubility content test of the eight major heavy metals according to the EU Toy General Standard EN71, Part 3.

 

Printing effect

Semi glossy, bright in color, opaque.

 

Drying time

It can be naturally dried or forced dried. If it is processed on a metal surface, it is best to bake at 120 ℃ for 20 minutes.

 

Mix Ratio

TP218/GL ink can be used with TP219/GL hardener. The mixing ratio is ink 20: hardener 1 (weight ratio).

 

Special additives

• ☆ ADDITIVE B: Diluent, use 15-30%
• ☆ Delaying agent: TPD
• ☆ Incorrect or excessive use of additives can affect ink performance, so please be careful when using.

 

Note

All two liquid inks and mixed hardeners can be used for 8-12 hours. After use, the screen, steel plate, and related equipment should be immediately cleaned with solvent.

 

Clean

Please use VD40 diluent to clean with general spray.
