Product name:VIC (F) SeriesClicks:878

The VIC (F) series is a two-component reactive ink with faster drying properties compared to other two liquid inks, aimed at improving workability. Its printing film performance has good adhesion to many materials, and has excellent moisture and solvent resistance. It can be printed on processed PP and PE, not to mention ABS, acrylic, polyvinyl chloride and other materials. It is a series developed and improved to meet the Chinese VOCs<standard.

Specifications

Inks type: Two liquid reactive quick drying inks with isocyanate hardener (ISOCYANATE).

Use to

It is most suitable for materials such as treated PP and PE painted surfaces (especially those coated with polyvinyl chloride resin), ABS, polyacrylic acid (ACRYL), polyvinyl chloride (VINYL CHLORIDE), nylon cloth, etc., to exert good adhesion.

Appearance

Slightly different with color tone, but with a semi glossy appearance, the resulting film has good solvent resistance.

Dry conditions

  • It can be heated at room temperature
  • When touching dry room temperature (25 ℃), it takes 30 minutes to heat for 5 minutes at 60 ℃.
  • Hardening and drying at room temperature for 4 days, heating for 30 minutes at 80 ℃ or 40 minutes at 60 ℃

Mixing ratio

Mix and stir the main agent (colored) in a ratio of 10 to 1 hardener (transparent) before use. Once the mixed inks is left at room temperature for about 6-8 hours (usable time), it will form a gel like substance, so please be careful.

Diluent

Please use standard solvent T-926, slow drying solvent T-927, slow drying solvent T-980, and cleaning solvent T-39. Dilution for viscosity adjustment is appropriate with a weight ratio of 10-15%.

Cleaning solvent

Clean the plate and other utensils with T-39 solvent (in accordance with the national GB 38508-2020 volatile organic compound content limit for cleaning agents).

*Please note that

VIC's hardener is highly sensitive to humidity and should be used as soon as possible after opening the can. Mixing gold powder will cause chemical reactions that promote gelation, please do not use.
