Characteristic

Printing and drying conditions:

  • 1、 Please make sure to use water-based or water oil dual-purpose screen printing for printing;
  • 2、 After mixing the ink evenly, print directly and adjust the ink viscosity with pure water;
  • 3、 When using 300-350 mesh screen printing, the drying conditions are as follows:
  • ——Bake at 80 ℃ for 30 minutes, and achieve 5B in the hundred grid test;
  • ——Bake at 150 ℃ for 15 minutes, and the hundred grid test reaches 5B.

Attention: High temperature baking above 150 ℃ for WBC series water-based inks can improve physical properties such as alcohol and solvent resistance. Please choose different baking conditions based on different substrates. Please determine the actual production process based on experimental data.
