Specifications

Inks type: A two-component reactive inks that uses isocyanate as a hardener.

 

Use to

Suitable for materials such as acrylic, ABS, treated polyolefin resins, and coated panels. Due to its excellent weather resistance, it is most suitable for outdoor display items.

 

Appearance

Smooth and glossy.

 

Dry conditions

It can be heated at room temperature.

Finger contact conditions Room temperature (25 ℃) for 40 minutes Heat (70 ℃) for 20 minutes
Hardening and drying Normal temperature (25 ℃) for 4 days Heat (70 ℃) for 60 minutes

 

Mixing ratio

  • Standard color main agent (colored): Hardening agent=100:10
  • 800/850 transparent color main agent: hardener=100:20
  • After being mixed, the inks will form a gel like state at room temperature for about 6-8 hours, and its performance will significantly decrease.

 

Diluent

Please use standard solvent T-926, slow drying solvent T-980, and cleaning solvent T-41.

 

*Please note that

HF MS7 hardener is very sensitive to moisture, please use it as soon as possible after opening the tank.

Resistance to methanol friction no effect Wipe back and forth 50 times with a cloth soaked in methanol (add 500 grams of force)
Resistance to gasoline friction no effect Wipe back and forth 50 times with a cloth soaked in gasoline (add 500 grams of force)

 

Test conditions

Inks - HF MS7 120 (white) dry -75 ℃ × 60 minutes+2 days at room temperature. Printing Material - Acrylic
